Flooring Products Installation: All product claims must be made within 2 business days after delivery before product installation. The order must be the full quantity that was ordered and in the original packaging. Once a product has been installed it cannot be returned or exchanged, as installing flooring product will constitute an acceptance of received materials.

After agreeing to our terms and conditions, if you place an order, the purchase/invoice will be considered a binding agreement.
